BY PAYING YOUR MONTHLY SERVICE BILL YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:

SERVICE CHARGES ON PAST DUE ACCOUNTS ARE 1.5% PER MONTH - 18% ANNUAL.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 15th OF THE MONTH SERVICE WILL BE
SUSPENDED UNTIL YOU ARE CURRENT. ON SITE SUPPORT WILL BE BILLED AT
$75.00 PER HOUR PLUS TRANSPORTATION AND DRIVING TIME. OUR HOURLY
RATE OF $125.00 PER HOUR, 1/4 HOUR MINIMUM WILL BE BILLED ON ALL LATE
ACCOUNTS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES. WEB HOSTING ACCOUNTS OVER 90 DAYS PAST DUE ARE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 RECONNECT FEE. TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT YOU MUST SUBMIT A WRITTEN NOTICE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CANCELLATION DATE.

ANY DISPUTE OR ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDING RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE PROPER AND LIE EXCLUSIVELY IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN TOM GREEN COUNTY, TEXAS.
